El socorrista y el personal de la piscina muy amables y en todo momento proporcionaron informaciรณn necesaria. La chica de la limpieza un encanto y la de recepciรณn no se diga, en general todo el personal super amables. Sin duda repetiremos.โ

โEl hotel estรก muy bien lo รบnico que le falta es actualizar los elevadores, solicitรฉ el ascenso de categorรญa de habitaciรณn pero me dijo el concierte que no tenรญa disponibilidad, la amenidad vip accesss si me la ofrecieron siendo un 20% de descuento en los servicios del spa los cuales son excelentes. โ

โPros: This property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. They had great food options and everything is all inclusive which makes figuring out what you want to eat a breeze. The staff and service were top notch, everyone is friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Our balcony jacuzzi was seriously incredible and we spent the night watching a thunderstorm out in the ocean while the relaxing water lulled us to sleep.
Cons: They will try offer a time share...
