Alberto in the buffet restaurant is also awesome saw us waiting and already had coffee and juice in the table waiting for us. Truly missed Jose at the adult pool he has a great personality and always attentive. Plan on going back next year hoping Jose will be back at that pool. "

Ricardo at the elbeso pool is a so hard working and goes out of his way to keep everyone happy, and the pool concierge Claudia and Jose take great care of the guests!
