Pool los pisos un poco roto y la playa no pudimos bañarnos muy sucia

I like the hotel location. Away from the other hotels. Very private. The beach is not that nice. Swimming pools needs more maintenance(missing tiles) but very clean. Food and drinks are super good. The staff are very attentive.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The beach was extremely dirty and had a very bad smell, making it impossible to enjoy. The main restaurant was closed for dinner during our stay. When I finally got a reservation at the Italian restaurant, the pizza oven was not working, which was very disappointing. Overall, we had a terrible week with both the food and the activities, despite paying a premium price. The food quality was poor, and the beach was not usable. On the 4th of July, the hotel held a party but charged extra for barbecue and lobster, even though this is an all-inclusive resort. That was very disappointing. I emailed the hotel about these issues but never received a response. I also asked whether the hotel could arrange a shuttle to a nearby beach with better conditions while the beach was unusable and whether the main restaurant could be reopened, but no one responded. It feels like guests are paying for the Hilton name rather than receiving the level of service and experience that the brand promises. I hope you will review my concerns and provide an appropriate response and compensation for this disappointing stay.

Resort was nice! We didn’t realize it was during the months where sargassum builds up and cannot access the beach. Resort had plenty of great options for food, received room service everyday, but the pool needed some work.

Awesome place , Clean and staff was very kind and welcoming . Will definitely come back . 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
