“Our trip started out very good food and drinks were very good. Restaurants had awesome service and food with lots of variety. Pools and the beaches were exceptional. The sargassum wasn’t to bad the crews did there best to clean it up. The last couple days of our trip weren’t that great as our year and a half old daughter got very sick. “Nos gustó bastante sin embargo le faltó fiesta y más show. Al parecer comienza solamente en springbreak o cuando el hotel está lleno. Los restaurantes son ricos y el servicio de los empleados excelente, sin embargo a la 1am te dejan de dar alcohol y acaba la fiesta. Nos gustó pero por el precio esperábamos más entretenimiento y horario más extenso para el alcohol. ”

“The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

We booked with the people on the resort, and as we were about to get on our bus to leave the resort, they told us it was cancelled and they will only issue 80% of your refund back to you.”

A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens.
