"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"The disappointment for us was that we could not even go into the ocean or walk on the beach. All the pictures we misleading . The whole beachfront of the property was lined with a continuous wall of seaweed 4 foot high and 5 foot wide. There was an odor. Thank goodness the pools were very nice. We have been to 10 resorts in the Cancun area. The food here was the worst . The Blue Moon and the Burger place were the only good restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great."

"This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and my 1st visit was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much I brought my family of 14ppl to enjoy a girls trip this past Memorial Day week. Unfortunately since it's low season only 2 restaurants are open at a time which means they cannot accommodate large groups. We struggled to get reservations every day and when we did it was always at 9pm. Which absolutely ruined the experience since the kitchens were closing by 10-10:30 so we were rushed every night to make our selections and rushed out. At one point, the concierge suggested they can accommodate by smaller groups in separate restaurants (so I guess we should have left half of our family members behind and eaten without them)"

"Review from a couple in their 30’s with a 4 y/o: This was my 9th all inclusive trip & our 2nd time at this resort. It’s good for kids & adults. We went mid May. Resort is clean & up to date. Food is great! Was able to get a dinner reservation every night except the first night. My top 3 restaurants were Zen Teppenyaki, Taj & Caribbean restaurant. One of my top all-inclusive resorts for food! Pools are nice & many to choose from. Activities were going on most of the day at the main pool. Quite pools too if you prefer that. The kids splash pad & slides were perfect for our 4 y/o. It’s safe for them to play on their own while you watch from the side. Lots of chairs & umbrellas. We got 4 chairs everyday, any time of day, without a problem. We didn’t go to the beach once, it has a lot of seaweed. It has a large nice sandy area but we just prefer the pool vibes so it didn’t matter to us. Lots of entertainment. They have daily pool activities & 2 foam parties during the week. They have something going on at the theatre every night including a white party, neon party, MJ show & fire show. It’s great for kids! Lots of kids activities daily. My 4 y/o loved the splash pad & slides. There’s also a floating obstacle course for older kids that he also enjoyed. Service was good, Friendly staff. Drinks can be inconsistent but it’s a huge resort so that’s expected. Bottled water has to be ordered to room. Bring tumbler cups. Overall a great resort! 7.5/10"

The areas for improvement are for the plunge pools, ours had a bunch of the stuff falling from the trees that it would hurt the bottom of our feet. The food at this hotel was okay, we have had been to all inclusives with better food."

"Our experience was disappointing overall. While I understand that resorts offer membership presentations and sales pitches, the approach taken by Octavio and his supervisor (whose name I unfortunately did not get) crossed the line from persistent to intrusive. During our first two days, we experienced repeated contact, including knocks on our room door and calls to both our hotel room phone and personal cell phones as early as 8:00 AM. We have stayed at many resorts and have never encountered this level of pressure. The beach was another major disappointment. It was not swimmable and was barely even suitable for walking, which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the property. The food was average, nothing particularly memorable. The standout employees were the bartenders, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and fun throughout our stay. As for the room, the layout seemed appealing when booking, especially the option with a door separating the sleeping areas. However, I would not recommend paying extra for this “upgrade”. There is only one air-conditioning vent in the entire space, located near the entrance. Once the divider door is closed, there is virtually no airflow to the separate room, making it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return. There are many other resorts that provide a more relaxing atmosphere, better amenities, and a more enjoyable guest experience."
