Dreams Natura Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"I liked the hotel, very clean and wonderful breeze. The only downfall is the restaurants are not open daily! They do not tell you that upon check in, and we missed a few restaurants we wanted to try because no one told us that the restaurants are closed on certain days. The buffet is only open breakfast and lunch so that made it extremely difficult if restaurants were full or if all reservations are gone. There is no where to eat. I think check in staff need to let the guests know at check in! That way they can plan accordingly or eat more during the day since you’re not guaranteed a dinner. For the price I would have expected there to be a dinner buffet option as well. We have stayed at the majority of major hotel brands in Mexico and this was our first Dreams experience. I can’t say I had a bad time but knowing what I know now I can’t say that I am blown away or super eager to return to a dreams property. I definitely do not think the price of the property matches the value. Beach is not swimmable as there is salt water crocodiles. It is a crocodile sanctuary."

"100% worth it. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Everyone willing to help. Loved the energy they provided. Room was clean and even better than advertised. Did not have a bad meal or drink while we were there. Amenities and activities were great. Could not have chosen a better place to honeymoon! Next trip back will definitely be here!"

"The hotel is in amazing shape! We stayed at the Jr Swim up suit and it was the best experience ever!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to pay a tax fee of 26$ better in cash card charges always showed an extra $10 dollars on them. There are Beautiful Cats roaming the patio super friendly 😊. Ramon in lobby was very sweet and helpful, Sorely served us drinks at the beach and her service was excellent! If you are looking to book a cenote or any kind of excursion i definitely recommend to do it with the guys in the patio/beach called Dive it! We booked the one to Xkitam Extreme Park and it was the best thing ever! $275 for one double atv and a single with zip lining and 2 cenotes! They feed us a delicious lunch as well and the guys there were so cool! Will definitely be back!"

"THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.I thought my stay was amazing. I stayed there for over 4 days and realized what it means to be at an all inclusive resort. However, they had signs in the room that they do laundry service and you realize how important laundry service is when your sweating alot but they said they cancelled that service. Another thing was when I switched tables during the buffet service in the hotel, the hostess at the time questioned why I had done that like it was a big deal. Also, the person serving drinks seemed shocked I was there. I feel like people meeting new people and wanting to sit with others is normal at an adults only resort. Hands down the best worker I ran into the was the activities person. He led the water volleyball and water aquatics. Amazing personality. Also, the maid service was amazing. She organized everything."

"First off, it’s a nice resort and pretty much everything is included in the price. So if that’s your bag, don’t let the following put you off. My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and were disappointed. Firstly, the food was generally quite basic/poor (with very few decent options for vegetarians/vegans) and there was a weird tendency towards either steak or shrimp, which seemed to dominate. Secondly, there was an off-putting culture of basically trying to upsell the whole time e.g. I ordered a glass of wine in the French restaurant, to which the waiter ‘recommended’ that I have the bottle (I said no thanks, and the vintner did it again later on). This behaviour was similar for services such as transfers, etc. Thirdly, there was an obnoxiousness from some guests that spoiled things. On one night we were awoken at 4am by a bunch of people speaking loudly on an adjacent balcony, and the general culture seemed to be to drink a lot of cocktails and get rowdy. Appreciate that’s not everybody but it was enough to impact us. As a resort that bills itself as ‘luxury’, it felt a bit showy, with more emphasis on volume and alcohol than genuine quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although as I’ve said this was called into question when I refused to be upsold."

"This was a very relaxing experience as me and my wife were on our one year anniversary. We decided to upgrade to the preferred swimout which was a good upgrade. The lounge was peaceful and our concierge was very attentive to our needs. The only i guess “bad” thing was the towels were extremely rough lol. But overall this was a 5 star experience"
