Sanctuary of Hope and Time Capsule Tours

I would like to start by telling everyone that this is good option for a stay in Cancun Hotel Zone, staff is helpful and attentive. I gave 2 stars because you will get boarded from the time you get to the property by hotel staff about share time meetings, they segregate guests by wrist bands that will not allow you to enjoy the full service unless you attend one of the share time presentations. When I visited this property, 2 of the restaurants were closed due to renovations and the rest were only by reservation which you have to make at 9:00 am or you will not get a seat. The buffet did not have many options and was the same food every day all week. The amenities were good but there are not options for entertainment. I would recommend search for better options in the area before booking your stay at this property.

Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the offices and observe what is actually happening. Oh in closing, management will deny this but if you are hispanic, you get priority and Anglos have to wait.
