We had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn Cancun! The included breakfast was amazing, with delicious traditional Mexican regional food. Special thanks to Emiliano at the front desk for his kindness and professionalism, and Chef Juan Carlos for sharing his knowledge of Mexican cuisine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed on the property for 2 nights before we came home from Isla Mujeres. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy and the rest of the property was clean . The staff was very nice and helpful. The Hot breakfast was very nice with quite a few things to choose from. Our room shower was not hot due to a mix valve that needed to be adjusted. The only thing that I didn't like was the location , it was quite aways from any stores or restaurants so you had to take an Uber or taxi to get dinner or any groceries. They did have a free shuttle to the airport which was nice. All in all 4.5 stars due to Location.
