“The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it uncomfortable at times. I also think the restaurant reservation system could be improved to be more efficient and user-friendly. The French restaurant, which required an additional fee, was disappointing—the steak was overcooked and dry. The service was also not great, as the staff handled the plates roughly. There were very limited activities available, with the pool being pretty much the only option.”

“Most aspects of our stay were excellent\. The food, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and room service were all wonderful\. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it\. Unfortunately, our final impression of Hyatt Ziva was ruined by one staff member, **Citlalli**, during check\-out\. Before our departure, we visited the front desk three separate times to request a late check\-out until 1:00 PM, and each time we were told it had been approved\. However, on the morning of...

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Sandos Cancún! The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, great facilities, and a relaxing environment that makes it a great place to enjoy a vacation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience made our stay memorable. The location is also a big plus, with beautiful views and easy access to enjoy Cancún. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would love to come back again!”

“Typical AI, time share sales pitch to start. Once that’s out of the way there is a main pool for the boisterous crowd, two side pools for less chaos and a preferred club member pool. Lots of restaurants and other areas to spread out to. It’s mid-range in noise, so probably not a good fit if you want a 24/7 party resort, and not great for those who only want peace and quiet.”
