"We had a wonderful time at RIU Ventura Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable."

"The food lacked variety, and the restaurant service was disappointing. On day three, my room key stopped working. I went to the lobby to resolve the issue, but after being given a new key, it still didn’t work—ultimately wasting an hour of my time. At checkout, there was no acknowledgment or even a simple “thank you for your stay,” which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the spa was not worth the money and did not meet expectations."
