"Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it. "

"This beautiful property is in a perfect location in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Spacious, well-designed rooms, all with ocean views. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food in the buffet was spectacular! We also liked the Asian and the Mediterranean restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the steakhouse and Italian restaurants due to the strict dress code (long pants for men). The Peruvian restaurant had good service, but poor food quality. We really wanted to like it, but unfortunately the standard didn’t compare to the rest of the hotel. Nevertheless, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again. "

"The staff here was always so accommodating, helpful, and just a joy to speak to. From Angel at the bar next to the adult only pool, to Jorge that set up our lounge chairs every day with towels to Carmen (waitress in adult pool area), was always coming by asking if we needed anything. Jimmy, Edgar, Adan (event staff for games), were so friendly and got people engaged. So many activities near the adult pool and even near the family (main) pool. The food was great at all restaurants AND premium liquor at all of the bars without an additional cost. Just an absolutely great time and so much to do there! Will definitely be going back. Thank you to everyone for a great vacation!!!"

"We just returned from an amazing stay at Royal Solaris and I cannot say enough about the incredible staff who made our trip so special.
First and foremost, Azucena, Mariana and Amy from the Kids Club were absolutely phenomenal. We have been to many resorts but their dedication and care for the kids were on another level. They were warm, attentive and truly passionate about what they do. Our little one felt safe, happy and excited every day and as parents that peace of mind is priceless. They made us feel like family and created a real home away from home experience.
A big thank you to the reception team as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, especially with our phone with special needs. They were patient, understanding and always willing to help in every way possible.
The cleaning staff also deserve recognition. Every single person we encountered was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any request. Anytime we needed something extra it was delivered right away with a smile. Our room was spotless every day and their attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable.
And the entertainment was top notch. The Moulin Rouge show was breathtaking, the acrobatics were incredible and the foam parties were so much fun. There was always something exciting happening and the atmosphere was full of energy and joy.
