"I checked into a Junior Suite on the 8th floor; however, our first night was extremely disruptive due to the guests in the room next door. They were excessively loud for nearly two hours, to the point where the walls were vibrating, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably.
After speaking with the front desk, the staff did promptly assist and moved me to another room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room was located two floors lower and no longer offered the partial ocean view I originally booked, instead facing the neighboring hotel.
The staff throughout the property was consistently friendly and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, the food experience was disappointing overall. In particular, the steak served at the Steak House was of very poor quality it was so tough that I could barely cut it with a knife. The meal was disappointing enough that we ultimately chose to dine elsewhere that evening.
Additionally, during our stay, someone vomited in the main pool area. By the following morning, the pool had already reopened, which raised some concerns for me regarding how thoroughly and quickly the area was sanitized and cleaned.
While the service from the staff remained excellent, the overall experience unfortunately did not meet the expectations I had for the property."
