"Family friendly!!! Love their food"

"Disappointed to say the least. I knew about the seaweed. Did not know it would be a filthy dark, dirty beach with dump trucks and tractors going non stop across the beach. We were in the old part called "Sunrise" in the smallest room which smelled like paint in the bathroom and the whole time I just wanted some cleaner and a scrub brush to clean the shower. and although we paid for a "garden view" we found out all rooms faced the garden. Lots of pools, pool chairs, friendly staff but be prepared to be walked right over to the time share/moon palace club sales people right when you get there and offered $600 worth of "day passes" to the grand for sitting through a 90 minute class. No thank you. Food was not great. Breakfast and room service were the best. Very little to do if you want to be busy. Excursion and staff booking the excursions were 10/10. Family friendly if you want close to the airport and don't care about the ocean. "

"Place was very nice! Would recommend and possibly even come back. As per every hotel there are good and bad things. Good things- rooms are clean, food was very good at La Luce, both the Japanese restaurants, Maxal. Buffet had lots of option for both breakfast and lunch, never tried it for dinner. The steak place was just okay, maybe we didn’t get what was good but none of our dishes were good here. The coffee shop had amazing lattes and very very good crepes! Staff was friendly, even on the beach they came to take our orders for drinks. We were “enclave” so we had access to a couple of places others didn’t. From talking to others they even got beach Totes to use while there, we were not offered that when we checked in, not sure why. Love the app to make reservations, see menus and event schedules. Now on the things they could improve…the beach could be cleaner, we walked up and down the beach and some hotels had trucks cleaning the beach of seaweed, ours didn’t do that and it was pretty bad. They never restocked our bathroom or mini bar, only sometimes the fridge with water and chips. The hotel could be cleaner, windows and mirrors were very dirty everywhere. like we sat to watch the sunrise on the top patio you couldn’t see through the glass. Other than that the place was great we very much enjoyed our stay here. Jose at the concierge was very nice and helped us book all our restaurant reservations. He’s actually the one that told us we were “enclave”, otherwise I don’t thin"

"The room was clean but the door didn't fit the frame so it was extremely loud. Both the street traffic and other guests could be very easily heard all night long. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay as the food was good and most staff were super friendly."

"We upgraded to a suite with a Jacuzzi it was nice. The food was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Drinks In the VIP lounge were awesome. The staff was so nice. Buy your massage PKG when you check in to save money. I definitely would stay here again."

"We booked this hotel because it was in close proximity to the Cancun airport and easy to get out for our departing flight. The hotel seems fairly new and is in great condition. The rooms are spotless, roomy and very comfortable. They offered a complimentary buffet breakfast which was very nice. For a short stay, this is a great hotel. It's off the expressway and parking is available in front of the lobby."
