When it’s staying at Cena suites you can expect the staff to be extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to help you out. They’re cleaning Staff is absolutely top not I could not ask for better people to be working in those position.

I stayed here with my friend for my birthday trip and the staff was amazing. Extremely accommodating, helpful and just all round nice. My friends and I felt right at home and had a great time. We were able to book a tour right at the front desk that included pick up and drop off at the hotel and that made everything seamless. By far the highlight would have to be the food! The chef is amazing and every meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) was so tasty and the prices were really reasonable. The drinks come in second to the food. This was the perfect place to make home for my birthday I would definitely recommend. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying the room we had a great time. It was also easy to get Ubers to and from.

The staff were very helpful, especially Diego. The room was a 7/10 when it comes to cleanliness. The mirror and bathroom sink were dirty. The sheets and chairs were stained. There's a restaurant (La Palma or La Isla, don't recall the correct name), the food is mediocre and overpriced. The suite was beautiful with direct view to the pool. The next-door neighbors, (I think they live there) had a cat that at night made noises. The suite is big, but the A/C is solely located in the bedroom, it becomes hard to stay in the living room with just the ceiling fan. At the reception they have a filter that you can use during your stay. The overall experience was good.

I had a great stay at Sina Suites. The property is perfectly situated on the lagoon side of the hotel zone. It is so peaceful and relaxing there. The grounds are lush, tropical and beautifully maintained. The pool is clean and crystal clear, perfect for swimming every day. The pool bar and restaurant is a great place to have some drinks and delicious food. Diego and Kayla are absolutely excellent servers as well as Ramiro who takes over for the evening shift. Ramiro makes an excellent margarita, I highly recommend you try it. The food was very good as well. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and everything I had was excellent, but my favorite was the sopa Xochitl - absolutely delicious. The guest rooms could be modernized but I had everything I needed for my stay and everything in my room and all around the property was spotlessly clean. Ms. Lupita and all of her office staff were exceptional, responding to any and all requests immediately. I highly recommend Sina Suites.

Would I stay again hands down. Been place paid a lot more and got a lot less. Food selection on the area was limited. Thought the food at location and around it pricey . Definitely in the tourist zone. But if you find the grocery supermarket this was the place to spend at. If you don’t drink (hard alcohol prices), want quiet and a gorgeous view and scenery in Cancun. This is your spot: nice quiet tucked away location. 👍👍
