“I was really impressed by the attentive staff and their great attitude toward customers.”

“It was a good vacation place close to the beach especially for families and the staff were very helpful ( Roger, Marybell, Diana) to mention but a few. My only call out would be to have a restaurant that serves food up to 11-12 am, we could not get proper food after 10 pm and we could not order room service from the kitchen as well but all in all, it was a good vacation spot and I would visit again. “Property was well maintained and updated staff was ok pleasant we did go on a very rainy season the place smelled horrible because of the seaweed not a lot to do in the resort for younger couples food in the kitchen Buffett was ok nothing out of the world.”

“The place was clean amazing the people are amazing. The workers are amazing. The management is amazing what I don’t like. Is the food. They gotta get better. Majority of it is cold. It’s never hot. The sweets are good. The music I felt like they rise white people over us. I was there for six days. I had to complain in the front desk for them to change their music. They have to play music for teenagers as well. You know not just grown old people that are amazing there because they are it’s just...

“The Haven Rivera was immaculate, beautiful, and well appointed. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. The staff is amazing, always asking if you need anything. As expected with an all-inclusive, the drinks were steadily flowing and overall, the food was very good. Our favorite meal was the hibachi at Satsu. There’s always seating by the pool, we mostly went to the entertainment pool with the DJ and activities. Pools were exceptionally clean, plenty of towels stocked, and excellent...
