"The hotel is not family-friendly, as it lacks suitable amenities for children. Many of the rooms are outdated, with old furnishings and visible wear. Most areas within the property have a persistent smell of mold, indicating potential ventilation issues. Additionally, ongoing construction on-site disrupts guests' ability to rest peacefully, often creating noise. The food served at the restaurant is poor in quality, with limited options available, making dining experiences less enjoyable. Servers were nice, but front desk people were rude. Not Coming back here and no, I do not recommend this hotel. "

"Our stay at Grand Oasis Palm was extremely disappointing, especially traveling with young children (ages 5 and 3). The rooms were very run down and not well maintained. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the property was lacking basic upkeep and cleanliness. The staff was consistently slow and unhelpful, which became a major issue on our last night. Both of our kids got sick after eating meat from the buffet and were vomiting throughout the night. Our 3-year-old got sick in the bed, and we urgently needed clean sheets and assistance. Despite the situation, it took housekeeping nearly two hours (around 11pm) to respond. With a 6:00am departure for the airport, this made an already stressful situation much worse. The food quality overall was very poor. Beyond taste, there were serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Drinks were served in reusable plastic cups that were quickly rinsed in what appeared to be a dirty sink before being reused. Throughout the property, dirty plates and cups were left sitting around for long periods of time. This was not a safe or enjoyable experience for our family. I would not recommend Grand Oasis Palm to anyone, especially families with young children."
