"First timers at Temptation Cancun Resort and we had a great time! My wife and I are ages 48 and 45. The music is always pumping at the main pool, with plenty of eye-catching scenery and a fun atmosphere. The beach was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and respectful the entire trip. I don’t drink alcohol, so I asked if they had any non-alcoholic beer available. They carried Corona NA, which is one of my favorites. The food was really good too. If you take care of the cleaning staff with tips, they definitely take care of you in return. Our fridge was always stocked with pop, water, and non-alcoholic beer. Room service staff was excellent and very polite. My wife and I also spent time at the quiet pool, which was perfect for relaxing. There’s little to no music there, plus a swim-up bar and plenty of sun. The nightlife is where the real party starts. The shows were fun, and the Saturday night show is a must-watch — it definitely won’t disappoint. The late-night party usually goes from around 11 PM until 1:30–2 AM. Women really dress up at night, and a lot of people wear stylish outfits and dresses. There’s also a pharmacy directly across the street if you need prescriptions or other essentials. The age range at the resort was very mixed, probably anywhere from 21 to 80 years There are playrooms, but access is tied to their higher-tier membership packages. Premium members wear black wristbands and have access to everything."

"The pool parties and nighttime shows and theme nights were by FAR the most fun we’ve ever experienced at any resort. Some of the food wasn’t incredible but you can find something good at each of the restaurants. Romanza was our favorite, and the rooftop pool bar had great tacos and wings. The party scene made this place well worth it, and we will DEFINITELY be back."

"My stay at Breathless Cancun Soul was excellent! I stayed from 5/2/2026 to 5/6/2026. The food was good, the nightly entertainment was good too. The service I received from Hermilo & Leo at the Xhale Rooftop Pool was exceptional! Those two individuals deserve a pay raise immediately! Their service is what stood out the most. I would definitely recommend staying at Breathless Cancun Soul! "

"This is THE PLACE TO STAY!! The service in every area was excellent. The all inclusive dining was superb tasting for every meal. To lay on the beach and have beverages brought to you, again, in the all inclusive was perfecto!! Love this place! 3 rd visit for us."

"Great place away from the hustle and bustle. Food was sub par. Not very helpful when it came to food allergies. They would ask you but then do nothing about it. Waterpark was good, however they need more chairs to accommodate. Staff seemed bothered that we were asking questions or wanting to be served. We upgraded to level and to be honest I didn’t feel any extra perks were provided. They had their favorites that were either locals or people who visited a lot. I would not bring my family back to this place."

"We've been to this hotel multiple times. We love the property, the staff and the vibes. As we dine out often when visiting Cancun, we were never picky when it came to the food. We were however very pleased to find that this resort has now checked this box to make it perfect. We found ourselves on multiple occasions rushing back to make dinner at the hotel! On another note, I had ordered flowers and balloons for our anniversary. The flower delivery service I hired was very difficult to communicate with and the delivery took place after we had left for the day on an excursion. Upon returning to the hotel, we found that the staff had received the deliver and brought it to our room. They also filled the room and bed with flower petals. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!"
