Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable with a good view. Safe and nice neighborhood with many shops and services nearby (including a Walmart Express downstairs and a major shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk). This hotel worked perfectly for a travel day where paying for a beachside hotel doesn’t make sense, financially. Would stay again.

The staff there are super friendly. They kept our luggage’s in their room because our flight got delayed and called us taxis since we didn’t want to get scammed. It’s centrically located in centro Cancun. There’s a Walmart next door which’s very convenient. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. There’s no fridge in the room and for me was a little inconvenient since I had no way to store my insulin injections. There’s no iron in the room either. Other than that the staff was very professional and attentive.

The hotel is well located and functional. There is Walmart supermarket within the building complex which makes it very convenient for incidentals. The property is clean and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is OK but not as varied as the one at sister property in Merida. Good enough for a one day stay. Reasonably priced, especially when considering prices in Cancun. My room had a view of the lagoon, but the window could use a good wash to really enjoy it. Overall, the property met my needs and I would consider staying there again.

Stayed there for a quick business visit. Clean room, great staff, and the amenities included everything I needed for a short stay. There's a Walmart and coffee shop right next to the hotel which adds even more convenience and a huge mall a couple of blocks away. The area is safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
