"We had an amazing experience at this resort. From the very moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Everyone was so friendly, energetic and helpful! We stayed in the xhale ocean front view and it was stunning. The room was very clean, the fridge was stocked and late night service was always available. The restaurants were very delicious, my favorite was the Italian and Mexican restaurant. The rooftop pool was always filled with amazing energy and then we would go to the xhale rooftop pool where the party would continue."

"The hotel staff were very helpful, the property was and rooms were very clean and the food was plentiful and excellent. The only downside was the beach, it was small and lots of boat traffic. Would definitely recommend this resort for families and large groups."

"Terrible. We checked in for 3 nights. When we got to our room we booked another place and checked out. We ended up losing our money but it wasnt anywhere we could stay.. rooms are dated and feel very dirty."

"This resort is the one & only resort I’ve reviewed on here just because I feel like it deserves the hype! Staff was always so wonderful, kind, & helpful. The whole resort is STUNNING & so clean. We did the Elite club which was worth it to us for the private pool & cabana. The drinks were TOP NOTCH. By far the best inclusive resort I’ve been to!"
