Extremely clean place, quiet! What helps to relax and enjoy the sea. Staff was super friendly, my favs were Alejandro (Alex) from sport activities and Jesus from restaurant. Highly recommended and if to come back to Mexico - then definitely the same location!

One of my favorite vacations , the resoret so clean and the staff so sweet and helpful I highly recommend it also it's family friendly I went with my sister and her kids one 13 and the other one 16 we all spent unforgettable moments together, just the food I would rate it 7.5/10

Great service, helpful staff, and wonderful food with the exception of the Italian specialty restaurant. I would have rated much higher if not for the beach which was almost unusable due to sargassum. It was also disappointing to see the neighbouring resorts doing what they could to fight the seaweed while it was allowed to fester at the Royal Cancun.

Very clean well kept property prettie much everything shuts down 10pm all bars and pools which is alright for me I have two little ones. Staff was extremely friendly ,helpful, very happy with the overall expierence going there with my family of 4 with two little ones. And my kids loved the kids club they wanted to be there a lot which was nice. Room was cleaned daily very well done, kitchen food was great and every night had a new special for the theme offering some different choices for those of us who do not want to do the reservation restaurant and prefer a more care free feel for dinner times with kids. All drinks were good we did all inclusive and were very happy with the overall expierence.
