We have the best time in the hotel, it’s beautiful and very clean, Our butler, Jimmy, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. TRS Coral resort is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. The rooms are luxurious but not over done. The food was amazing! Lots of activities daily and the Bali beds are affordable and well worth the extra money. The Zentropia spa is gorgeous and the hydrotherapy circuit (which is included with individual massage) is such a fun and unique experience!

Our butler misael was awesome pedro was super nice from capricho bryan from the adults only pool side was awesome and Andre’s from gravity bar as well everyone was super welcoming everything was clean no issues or complaints will be coming back

TRS staff is very friendly and effective servicing. The infrastructure is fantastic and well maintained. Nice views to the beach and Isla mujeres. Food is superb and has a great variety Other amenities are great The beaches are kept clean of seaweed The concierge service can accommodate your restaurant reservations and can find the tours, spa, transportation for you.

Everything! Too much to say or write. Trust me when i say take the trip and stay at TRS Coral Hotel in Cancun! I was there for a week for my solo birthday vacation and had nothing but fun and relaxation not to mention catered to. My butler Fernando was excellent and if you should have him as your butler you will not be disappointed.

Our three-day stay at TRS Coral exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our butler, Benji, went above and beyond, he set up a beautiful charcuterie board with wine for us and had all of our dinner reservations booked on day one, so we never had to worry about planning for the rest of the trip. The food throughout the resort was fantastic, and the variety is honestly endless. With so many restaurants to choose from, we managed to try the Argentinian, French, and Italian spots in just a few days- every single meal was delicious. The little pizza shop and gelato store is such a fun, casual touch too. The pool area was gorgeous and immaculately maintained,perfect for lounging the day away. Honestly, every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of. We would recommend TRS Coral 100%. Can’t wait to come back!
