Rooms were great and spacious. Service was great from majority of the staff. Food was underwhelming because of only 2 restaurants which means the buffet should’ve been bigger but no the buffet was one of the smallest I’ve ever seen. The waterpark was great for the kids and adults. The pool was also great for kids as it has a shallow section. The beach on the north side of the strip is more of a bay so it’s calm without any waves (good for kids but not good if you’re looking for waves).

The staff was courteous. The stove top in room 1418 needs some much needed cleaning or possibly needs to be replaced, it has been trashed and will some be unusable if not taken care of.

The rooms smell musty, maybe mold? The entire hotel except the reception area and bar had an overpowering musty smell. They placed plugged in air fresheners in the reception area to mask the smell. Staff were very friendly and polite! The food selection was better than most hotels. The entertainment was lacking.

Most of all I would like to praise the staff, every single interaction we had was positive and I have nothing but praise for them. The food is also amazing with variety throughout our stay. This resort was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the website does not do the ambience any justice. From the moment we arrived at the resort until we arrive back at the airport, we were waited on hand and foot. The concierge was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the food was great. we chose this resort to celebrate both birthdays and our anniversary, which was a great choice. Every day the hotel provided us with celebration treats to include chocolate, covered strawberries, fruits, and complementary bottles of champagne with champagne flutes.b We stayed for three nights and four days and could not have chosen a better resort. The room was thoroughly clean and we receive room service every day of our stay. We indulge in booking a swim out room, which was absolutely amazing. The only downside was that the water in the swim out pool was freezing cold. The community pool Water was a bit warmer. If I had to recommend one thing about this resort, I would recommend that they make the swim out pools heated.

The resort is really nice. My family and children really enjoyed the say but the only cons is the food at the mercado, which is the main buffet, is not the best. There is not a variety of food and it doesn't taste good at all. If the food is the buffet gets improved, the rate will be 10/10
