Where do I even begin? This resort fell embarrassingly short of what it advertises. The rooms were filthy — not “needs a touch-up” dirty, but genuinely neglected. The entire resort was lovely. Our room was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were amazing. On our last day there was a glitch with our check out time and the concierge desk did everythi they coudd to accomodate us.
