"The beaches were fantastic, the pools were bathwater warm, the staff while adequate, just didn’t seem to engage with guests as well as other resorts I’ve been to. The vacation was great, but I was not thrilled with the food or the selection. Again, it’s a resort, the weather was perfect, we never waited for drinks, the rooms were cleaned daily..while it wouldn’t be my first choice, I wouldn’t stay home if it was my only choice"

"Very family friendly! Staff were kind and helpful. We especially loved everyone in the restaurants and pool area. Jaime and Hector went above and beyond for our family at the buffet restaurant! Rooms were clean, bathrooms were as well. Housekeeping was quick and efficient. Pool area is perfectly sized for a small family resort. Not a thing I would change about our time at Sunscape. Can’t wait to come back again! Don’t forget to visit the man at the omelette station every morning. He’s the best!!"

"Did was delicious in all restaurants. The beach view is beautiful but there is a lot of seaweed. Bring your cup and straw if you want to keep your drinks cold and like to use a straw. Wait staff is always attentive. There is no one who serves the beach area. You have to go to the pool area to get drinks. The room was cleaned every day but my fridge wasn't filled every day."

"Every thing was good . When to the same resort last year, everything is superb. This time the food wasn’t good like last year either there were new management in the food department or new hotel director. Whichever might be they need to focus on food quality and variety.
