"I enjoyed my stay over all. Very relaxing hotel, beautiful views, beautiful architecture. I wish the property had more restaurants and food options. Food overall was a 7/10. The vibes at the hotel could’ve been better it was very quite and not many people. If you want a very relaxing hotel this is it! Over all very good would recommend."

"The Sunscape food was delicious especially the AZUL and Viaggio. The staff was outstanding and they did everything to accommodate you and make you happy. The coffee shop staff was excellent especially Karen and Mazael. The only complaint is I wish there was an adult pool or adult swim time."

"The staff was great. The check-in person wrote a number 1 that look like a 7 my son went back downstairs to find out that we were trying to get into the wrong room thank God that room was empty because that could’ve been a problem instead of it being 27 it was 21 so that was not the most convenient thing after a long flight. I forgot to leave my green card on the door to request the room clean and birthday decorations. I was able to call the hotel while I was out on an excursion and they accommodated 10/10 that was amazing the amenities the gym could be better equipped . The pool was amazing. hotel reservation tells you that they offer snorkeling and kayaking, it says that it’s included however, you still have to pay a fee to the Beach, which is not stated so that’s not clear. I wasn’t too happy about that even though it’s fairly cheap I was under the impression that it was included also the restaurant there’s only one restaurant that’s open during the day the sports bar and then another small dining area near the pool. I wish there were more food options at night especially for a pescatarian . Once the buffet closes. It’s not many options but outside of that the food variety is pretty good in the buffet until specialty restaurants during dinner. Japanese restaurant the tuna was disgusting. Not fresh The club had a funny smell the first night and the DJ needs more music variety No a/c in elevator but over all we had a great time thank you"
