"Excellent Starr, carried bags to room. Room was ready early so we got to have lunch and then go to our room. Lovely rooms - still trying to understand the glass door for the toilet. Food could do with a bit more variety especially in the smaller restaurants."

"Decent spot, not the greatest… They earn a 5-star review simply because of Carlos Guatemala, he came to us by the pool side and asked us if everything was okay with the resort. We explained to him the room we were on was falling apart, the door was coming off the hinges, the bathroom marble cracked split in half, shower ceiling fountain wasn’t working. He understood and went and checked to see if he could fix that or get us a new room. He ended up getting us a swim -up pool. Other than that I would’ve gave that place a One star. Thank you again Carlos. There’s not even a welcome drink which was weird, even Temptation resort offers that haha. Food is decent at best"

"We loved the property and staff was also super pleasant and attentive. The only thing that lacked was the food. Im not a picky person, but this food was not good at any of the restaurants. I honestly was hoping it would have been better. The drinks were amazing though!"
