"Great and very helpful staff! The activities guys ARE good! Waiters, food and beverage people, and cleaners we thank you for your hardwork. Shout out ot the baywatch guys who found my hat 24 hours later even that I lost it in the ocean. The food is good. The property - we were little disappointed when we first got there, in the pictures looks much nicer... but not too bad if you don't mind."

"Got a nice room upgrade, our second visit to this resort and the staff still remembered us from one year ago. The beach was pristine and even had yellow flag days to swim.Very nice place to stay, 7 pools and great staff with really good food."

"It was a wonderful experience with regards to the facilities and accommodations. However the activities seemed to be tailored towards teens and young adults, which was ok. I would say the food was most disappointing. Most meals were overcooked and under seasoned. Overall I would say it was a positive experience."

"Las habitaciones del hotel están antiguas, aunque sus áreas comunes está remodeladas, las habitaciones están descuidadas, la puerta al balcón costaba horrible abrirla, los elevadores son viejos, la comida estaba rica, el buffet era variado, los restaurantes estaban muy bonitos y rica comida, la piscina techada estaba en mal estado en la orillas. Le doy un 6/10"
