"The property was beautiful, staff was attentive, drinks were strong (a plus), and food was actually really good and not just good resort food but good food period. That pasta was 10/10 omg! Sakirita was top 5 drinks. The massage was soooooooo relaxing! Please take time to experience this during your trip. Would recommend to friends and family."

"Nossa estadia no RIU Cancun foi excelente. Localização incrível, perto de tudo. Areas de lazer muito boas . Não tenho do que reclamar. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, todos atendiam muito bem e com muita educação. A parte de alimentação tambem foi maravilhosa. Apenas um comentario de uma impressao pessoal: há muito desperdicio de comida...... poderiam pensar em outra forma ao descartar os alimentos. Quem sabe, doar o que não foi consumido e ficou intacto na mesa, sem necessariamente jogar fora. So uma opiniao. Do restante nota mil."

"My wife and I stayed at Riu palace las Americas for 4 nights to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The staff was amazing and super helpful. We loved and enjoyed all the activities, pool volleyball, bus trips to the riu caribe for parties almost every night, great music and atmosphere. The buffet food was good, loved the Italian restaurant. The steakhouse get too crowded and you have to get in line early. I ordered a ribbye steak but didn't enjoy it, too hard for my taste. This resort is very age friendly for seniors. Will go again"

"My family and I ended up at the moon palace unplanned for two nights only and we had such a good experience. staff was always helpful and super nice! Food was delicious ! And my daughter enjoyed their pool! Would definitely recommend!"

"Great location and beautiful beach. Clean room and staffs are nice! The food per portion was so little and waiting for a while at the restaurant. There are not many shows at night time like other resorts. But the ice cream/ snacks shop is a plus! Only thing we don't like the hotel app, should be optional instead of without it can't review the menu or the maps around the resort."
