It was a beautiful stay.. staff was extremely nice and very helpful and accommodating. The food was good and the environment was great. We got great value for out money with an all inclusive package. We had a long wait to check in tho and the palce was extremely hot but when we got checked in everything else was smooth sailing

Crown paradise was our first family trip. with 3 kids under 4. Overall we had a decent time. Food was bland. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We felt towards the end of our trip they had stopped coming by as much to clean. Room service food was better than the buffet. And most of the restaurants. i recommend wayne’s steak house. was the best food in the whole resort. The kids area is for ages 4 and up. which sucked because our kids were younger. I guess we did not see that.

The best part about the property is the waterpark for kids. Otherwise the property is falling apart and there seems to be little to no maintenance. I had a very long wait when we arrived and the power went out for 12 hours on our last day. There was no proactive communication from the staff about when it would come back on or what assistance they had avuduring the power outage. It was very disappointing stay. Won’t come here again.

This resort is perfect for family with kids. We had a great time during our stay. All staff were very helpful. Our favorite restaurant was the steakhouse and Mexican restaurant. Buffet restaurant was good but not excellent. But overall we had a great time and will not hesitate to come back again.

Overall the stay was underwhelming. Poorly controlled food safety, a heavily littered, and a day-long blackout stand out. Not to mention the deceptive advertising around on-site restaurants (namely that they are not all available for on any given night) didn’t help either. My kids enjoyed the kids-club for the most part, the pools were fine, but overall it felt like a half hearted attempt to appease the folks who were willing to take a chance on this project. For the price, I could not and do not recommend staying here. There is, undoubtedly, nicer, cleaner, and better run resorts in the hotel zone for the same price. If you’re looking for just fine, then I suppose this might be up your alley.

They assigned room that was not what we paid for, we requested to be moved. The semi better rooms toilet made long loud sqeeky noise when flushed, front door and back door didn't close right never got fixed apparently maintenance staff was very busy. Pools were nice although if you want a sunbed you have to be super early to reserve for your self. There was a lot of sargassum in ocean, but water was warm. Food was ok. Lastly never had a chance to reserve a restaurant to eat for the week spent there. Apparently everyone is on app at same time frame to do so on a daily basis. SMH. Bar staff was the friendliest of All. Our last day the power went out,no electricity, meaning no AC no power to charge phone etc... almost 12hrs later got fixed.

We went there 5 years ago it was amazing! Staff,food and amenities. This trip was not good we had to order food for supper every night because there was nothing except hot dogs and spaghetti and you eat down stairs because everything else is close and in renovation. The hotel needs some renovation getting old other wise the staff was very nice.

Overall it was good. It has a lot of activities and my kids had a great time in the different swimming pools and waterparks. The beach was right next to the hotel with parasailing, jet skis, and close to the ferry. The personnel were supre helpful and nice. The restaurant food was good but not the buffet, the elevators were super hot and took forever, and I had to constantly report to the main office to open the waterpark.

The wait staff takes pride in their work. The guys in that work the buffet and the bars were amazing. Great people. The rest of the staff were good too but them waiters are great. First this was our first time in Cancun. We didn't know the area but everyone was happy to help. Second this would have been a great stay if we had kids. If you are looking for a romantic setting do not come here. There are kids everywhere. The got a couple restaurants that are in the all inclusive package but know the first day you check in a 3, you will not be about to eat at any of these except the buffet. The restaurants start their reservations at 11 and they are all full once you check in. We only got to eat at one restaurant which was the Mexican restaurant. The next days we were not able to get in and get a reservation. The rooms are clean but very out dated. Like I said if we had small kids this would've been a great stay but it wasn't for us. One thing I think that would've made our experience better would be if they explained where everything was a little more.

The rooms are outdated, specially the bathrooms. when you arrive they tell you can eat at the buffet place or make reservations for the other 5 restaurants from 12pm to 2 pm. We went as a family of 5 for 1 week and every time I tried to go in and make reservations it would say no table available. Then I went to complain they made 3 reservations at the Wayne book, La pizza and fisherman. Out of these 3 La pizza had the best food overall. Wayne’s boots I didn’t like it at all. The buffet place was okay nothing special didn’t like most of the food they had. Sometimes we have to wait in line for a table. Kids water playground closes at 4:30 which i think is pretty early.
