โMy stay at Ikal was phenomenal. I was looking for an opportunity to enjoy a wellness experience and they delivered. The room was just as advertised and they had a wonderful schedule of activities. The location in the national park gave us access to several beach clubs and restaurants along the beach so I could really explore the area.
The staff was amazing, super communicative and accommodated our needs/addressed any questions.
Would definitely return during peak season or visit their sister...
โI love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. Was very attentive to our needs...

โThe parts that were being used was well maintained. There were many areas not being used but still a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Paco showed me many restaurants and things to do in the city, he was very helpful โ
โMejorar la coordinacion entre los encargados de areas admon. , bar, restaurantes y ademas con los promotores de las app xq nos vimos en unas contradicciones en cuanto a promosiones y servicios otorgados a los huespedes, a pesar que fuimos muy bien atendidos por lรณs responsables dando sus versiones...Esto no denigra la buena atencion que tuvimos....โ
โMe gusto mucho la alberca amplia y la temperatura es perfecta ๐ mi familia la amo las habitaciones limpias las camas cรณmodas no tengo queja el personal fue muy amable desde recepciรณn hasta los meseros del restaurante y hay muchos negocios y todo queda cerca โ
