"Do no stay at this hotel. My reservation thru Expedia was not honored something about didferent mgt. now I’m fighting with Expedia to get my money back. Please do not believe pictures on site. This place is a joke. No spa no room service, one restaurant only open from 8-11 in morning. Place is old, had a broken toilet"

"Kitchen was not clean. Microvawe was dirty. There were cigarette ashes on the cups. The rust on appliances is a given because its so close to the sea. There is a non existent front desk staff. Only whats app. "

"We loved our stay here. The accommodations, grounds and staff were great, and the private beach was amazing. Because the shoreline faces south, we enjoyed watching spectacular sunsets from the beach every evening. That orientation also seems to protect the beach from being overwhelmed with seaweed, which can be a problem elsewhere. "reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice"
