"The stay was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The management was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which is really appreciated. One thing to be aware of is the access to the property. the roads leading there are quite bumpy and not well paved, which seems to be common in some areas under development in Tulum. If you’re renting a car, it’s something to keep in mind. There is also some room for improvement in terms of overall maintenance, but...

"The entire experience was great. The room was spotless, the view was beautiful, and the outdoor space in the penthouse room, including the plunge pool, was amazing. The area was so peaceful, and having access to the paddle boards and the kayaks was such a plus. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance as well"
