Loved the location with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and other amenities. Seemed very safe to me. Rented a scooter across the street. Pools on ground floor are long and narrow. Not private but it f you are social they are great. ”

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming. “The cost to use a bbq is outrageous and unreasonable so we didnt have any bbqs. Then they wanted to charge an extra $100 for a 2 hour late check out. Other than that the accommodations are amazing and the grounds are well kept and lovely to hang around. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”
