"The room was clean but overnight small bugs were all over the kitchen counter. It was disappointing to learn that there is no "free beach shuttle" as advertised in the amenities section. Administration said they would rectify the listing. Security people at the front desk were very informative about transportation options. We learned of newer cheaper options. External appearance and vegetation is very well kept. Common area cleaning staff were at work silently at 7:30am, the grounds looked...
