"My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. "

Jungle rooms tin roof animals playing on roof all night, no sleep, open light along the edges of walls, toilet on a huge slant, can barley get into shower and the bed is on a huge pallet, plus the deck outside leading onto the rooms is a toe breaker there are holes and heaving boards everywhere finally 7 am very noisy spot. I would recommend this property and if I ever get the chance to go back to tulum I will be staying at Nueva Vida. "
