"Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong. I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered. An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered. Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside from these very few who we were- they were the outliers and not the standard. Horrible experience but beautiful place. Save your money and book a reputable hotel. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. Our room was less than 100 steps to the shore and we could hear the ocean waves from our room which was so lovely. It was also close enough to the "strip" where there were many restaurants and clubs, but it was far enough away that it was quiet at night time. Coco is also about 3 minutes walk away from a GoMart where you can get snacks and drinks for a fair price. The hotel itself is showing some wear and tear but overall was kept clean, the gardens were well maintained and the pool was attended to regularly and was very clear and refreshing. The restaurant was great, had a good selection of included breakfast options and was all made to order. It also included a cup of coffee and a fresh juice (watermelon was our favorite). We ate at the restaurant outside of the included breakfast a couple of times and enjoyed our meals at those times too. The staff were all friendly and front desk gave us some activity suggestions. We would stay at Coco again. "

"The staff and accommodations were lovely. The private beach at Hotelito Azul and our beachfront suite were the highlights of our stay. Crisalaide and Karen do a wonderful job keeping the guests well taken care of. We will be back soon!! "

"This was our first time here and we loved it ! Food and cleaning was excellent and the staff was above and beyond… Our personal Concierge Julio Rodriguez was 100/10 .. he even prepared a Happy Anniversary surprise without asking … I am Very grateful for everything… It is a quiet place , perfect for relaxing . Totally recommended "

"La propiedad está muy bien por el precio es muy cómodo limpio y bonito, sin embargo hay detalles que se debe tener en cuenta, la humedad de la zona hace que las habitaciones puedan oler húmedas las piscinas son agua fría por lo que no es tan placentero entrar a no ser que esté muy caliente el día, si no tienes carro no recomiendo la propiedad pues está lejos de todo."

"Overall, the hotel grounds and nice and maintained. I can say the rooms were nice and spacious as well. The only problem is outside noise in the apartment. My 1 bedroom was outside of the pool with kids constantly screaming. I was able to tune it out but the bedroom located in the back faced the road and you can clearly hear every car driving by. Thankful the road is clamber at night. On my second day there was a high pitched loud buzzing sound coming from the courtyard. I couldn’t tune this sound out and it was extremely irritating. I walked around to see where it was coming from and finally asked the front desk if I could change rooms. I also noticed my balcony door didn’t close all the way. The front desk said we don’t have any other one bedrooms available and said nobody ever complained about this noise. I offered to take a downgrade or even pay for an upgrade to no avail. I convinced them to come hear the sound and they finally agreed and learned the sound was coming from a motor outside of my room. They shut off the motor and all was well and they sent someone to fix the door. The motor was back on my last day but I just dealt with it. The front desk could have handled the situation better and offered some accommodation rather than dismissing my claims. Overall it’s a nice place but not relaxing and staff could have been better. I’d think twice before booking this place or at least book a room on the higher floor to avoid the noise. "
