The staffs who help us to entertain in Tulum make us feel memorable and welcomed. Thanks to you all! ”

“Extraordinary hotel and apts. Loved the stone walk ways and lush jungle landscaping Clean, safe, comfortable. The staff made the difference between a great stay and an unforgettable stay. Photos are accurate. Good location. Wonderful resturant. I had the pleasure of staying in 2 different rooms with plunge pools and a 1 bdr apt with plunge pool. Wow. Huge pool, priviate sun deck big enough to hold a 10 person party. Beautifully decorated. Large 2nd terrace, full large kitchen. Front desk...

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Tulum! I had a wonderful stay at Calea Tulum Boutique Hotel. It’s a very unique boutique hotel with a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a great place to enjoy the surroundings and soak up the atmosphere. Having breakfast included also made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-organised and comfortable,...

“They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..”

“Beautiful place”

“The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

“Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

“Skip this place. It’s gross and they make zero accommodations outside of the rental agreement. We booked for a week. Arrived and realized how awful the property was a booked elsewhere. Understood that it was no refundable, but as a business owner to avoid a review like that you would think they would have met us half way and refunded as least a portion of the 6 nights. Also, if you don’t speak any Spanish at all, you’ll have a very hard time checking in. Sad that this was such a huge...

“MY Family’s Experience: This place is not a family vacation spot! We arrived on the 15th and left early morning on the 16th!”
