Best layout for an active trip, the top floor rooms have access to pool bar and awesome gym . Rooms near to the doors are abit noisy from the bar there sometimes so get rooms slightly further away but on the top floor .

We loved the hotel, especially the natural sitting area right outside the entrance. Eateries were right there and I enjoyed the best croissants and gelato from Campanella that was by the sitting area.

The property was clean. The staff was beyond amazing! The rooms were a bit on the small end but cozy. The rooftop was beautiful and the food and drinks were great! The food trucks downstairs and live DJ and bar was an added bonus! Not to mention the cute small shops and cafe. I would give this property a 10 out of 10!

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Location was great, hotel was great with lots of amenities nearby and most of all the staff were fantastic. Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly at all times. If visiting Tulum again I'd definitely go back!
