“Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. “Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. ”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...
