“La atención que recibí durante mi estancia en el hotel Mundo Maya del aeropuerto Tulum fue excelente, los desayunos, comida buffet y a la carta me encantaron en cuanto a preparación , sabor y variedad, habitaciones muy limpias y reconfortantes para un buen descanso, me tocó una habitación con terracita al jardín donde disfrute los atardeceres con un rico café.”

“Unfortunately I cannot say the value of this place is accurate. The view is fantastic and restaurant staff were great, however I did not feel super safe/comfortable. My parter getting shocked when he turned the light on, to having to strain and twist to get out of the room to the back because of the room planning, the slippery floors in the bathroom and the raised deck boards causing many people to trip. The shower wasn’t clean and the design with wooden floor was smelly. This place could...

“No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance ”

“I'd stayed in horizon room for 3nights. It's the closest to the beach. you can see beautiful beach and sea. quiet and not crowded. If you don't rent a car, you have to take a taxi to go to the downtown. It cost about 100 peso. Breakfast is simple-bread and coffee. you'd better to order extra. But you can meet nice and helpful staff.”

“We have a great team experience at Orchid House Jungle. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. The food was amazing and fresh. The staff was the best, they were accommodating to our needs and help facilitate rentals and tours. We felt like family there with the personal approach and attention. We visited the sister hotel and they were great as well. The continental breakfast was perfect and rooms were cleaned everyday. We will be definitely coming back.”
