“신혼여행으로 왔는데 저만 알고 싶은 숙소일만큼 너무 행복한 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 한국에서 20시간 넘게 걸리는 반대편의 나라에 천국이 있었네요. 아직은 공사중인 부분이 있지만 더 멋진 곳이 될거라 생각돼서 또 꼭 오고 싶습니다. 친절하고 따뜻하고 또 꼭 올거에요. The staffs who help us to entertain in Tulum make us feel memorable and welcomed. Thanks to you all! ”

“The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!”

“Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos.”

“Staying at Nômade temple is like entering another world, Drumming music softly plays as you enter the hotel by walking into a jungle and following the pathways to a charming room, decorated in a Moroccan style. Everything is comfortable and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. On-site food is delicious; the hotel is located on a pristine beach that has two restaurants. The third restaurant, the Macondo, was only open the first night and was a beautiful environment. Its menu was...

“Ame este hotel, algo super tranquilo y mas que hermoso”

“Breakfast was so good ❤️”

“The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault.”

“There is a virtual reception and there was absolutely nobody on property to help. AC did not work and there was nothing I could do about it.”

“Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

“Beautiful property, Staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate and were extremely friendly. Had a great family experience here”

“Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Kanan, and our room was absolutely amazing. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and could definitely use some maintenance and extra attention. I understand that tourism may be slower right now, but I actually think this is the perfect opportunity to take care of the property and make improvements. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach. I completely understand that sargassum is a natural issue and difficult to control. However, there is...

“I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...
