“The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. “Insgesamt eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren im Juni/Juli für 2 Wochen da und hatten die Anlage quasi für uns allein(Nebensaison). An mancher Stelle noch ein wenig Baustelle, aber das stört nicht. Pflegt die Anlage weiterhin so toll, dann bleibt dies ein wundervoller Urlaubsort. “Las instalaciones donde se encuentran los apartamentos son fantásticas con un montón de piscinas y áreas para tomar el sol e incluso hacer parrillas. Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo. “The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. ”
