Note I didnt get an upgrade because I had the top grade penthouse accomodation. The entire property is well kept and spotless. The staff work hard and it shows. Raquel the TAJ Experience Curator was superbe and kept in touch everyday to inquire if anything was needed or arrange and make happen an excursion if I wanted one. I was here to rest from a hectic life and job back home. The bed was a sleep magnet and managed to extract all the fatigue from my body. The Taj is a fabulous and unique treasure and I'm grateful to have had the privilege to stay here. NOTE...in a previous feedback I erroneously mentioned that I did not get the VIP perk and that I had been downgraded. THIS WAS A MISTAKE AND I APOLOGIZE FOR THE CONFUSION. Please extend my deepest apologies to property management.

Everything was clean, linens were great, bed was super comfortable. Access to variety store across street. Neighborhood is up and coming with a lot of new places, walking distance to great restaurants less about 15-20 min. Fairly quiet, except motor vehicle noise can be heard throughout night. We wanted of May so start of the off season. Would good back again!

Had an amazing stay at NAJ Tulum. The room gave off the tulum esthetics and we also had a private plunge pool. Had access to the roof top pool as well which was empty each time we went up which I loved! Braulio & Alfonso made us feel very safe and welcomed. Will definitely visit again when coming to tulum. Lazy days in a jungle maze

Very unique hotel. A lot of thought went into the design of the rooms. Braulio our host was superb. He is a wealth of information and a font of energy. Location is a bit out of the way from the 'town center' but still walkable. Night time walks can be challenging because the area is not well lit and the design of this particular area is like a maze. Still, it is very flat and very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at the Naj exceeded my expectations in all ways. The penthouse suite is comfortable and spacious; the full kitchen was a very nice amenity for a longer stay and we used the room’s personal pool every single morning when we got up and evening night cap before bed. There is great coffee and breakfast walkable from the hotel, as well as an American-style convenience store with some fresh fruit options. The beach is not walkable but cheap cabs are available and the Naj has bikes, but we did not use them. Our stay was extraordinary and the hotel manager Braulio, ensured a flawless stay. Our stay at the Naj made our Tulum vacation unforgettable.

We had a lovely 4 night stay the first week of June. Upon our arrival Braulio was there to greet us and show us to our room where he gave us an in depth tour of our quarters and a rundown of the property. He was available 24/7 for any questions and concerns. Room was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable which is of the utmost importance to us when travelling. Parking was easy and we were within a mile of restaurants, bars, etc. if we find ourselves in Tulum again we will definitely return to this property.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The property is new, with great design and styling. Spacious, comfortable bed, fast wifi, great AC. Plus the manager, Braulio, was always in touch - providing recommendations for the best places to eat/drink around Tulum. He was also helpful with some questions we had about the area. The only note - if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a little loud for you because of a nearby road, but it’s not too bad. Didn’t bother us after the first nice. Look no further, Naj Tulum is awesome.

The hosts were Amazing Nath checked us in and made us feel right at home! The wonderful man at checkout not only help us carry our bags to our car but also give us so many wonderful recommendations!! Could not recommend this place enough will definitely be staying again! The roads are well paved there is grocery store “fresh market” 2 minutes down the road. And lots of cute restaurants around! If you are staying in the building closes to the main road you can hear a light hum of traffic but it didn’t keep me awake at all! There are 4 parking spots, we parked on the street and our car was perfectly safe, they have cameras to watch your car. They check in with me every step of the way upon booking and made me feel excited about the trip. You can tell that everyone who works on the property loves their job! The bed was cozy and everything was very clean the kitchen had everything we needed! This is a most stay location! (They do have beach towels that you can bring to the beach or Cenote with no charge as long as you bring them back!)

Had an amazing experience at Naj! Braulio, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to ensure my guest and I have a pleasant stay and gave great recommendations to fully immerse in Tulum culture. He was pleasant, communicative and very understanding. We stayed at a luxury apartment which came equipped with a stocked (with tools, appliances) kitchen, private jacuzzi, dining area and a television. We hotel-hopped at in Tulum and found Naj to have the best air conditioning and although we didn’t need it, the TV which no other hotel offered, was ideal for staying in and relaxing. Naj is strategically located in the up and coming Aldea Zama - the neighborhood is quiet and a bit off the main hotel zones or pueblo, but provides easy access to all other neighborhoods. Perfect for those with a car but there are plenty of taxis around. There are minimarts nearby but the Chedraui supermarket is a drive - which is okay as Naj has a full size refrigerator to stock up. Thank you Naj for your hospitality and a beautiful experience. Can’t wait to come back!

I was supposed to stay there for three nights but I had to cancel the first night due to the flight delay. The next day, I finally arrived there and checked in. The room looked even more spacious than I imagined. It turned out that the host, Braulio, very kindly upgraded my room because I missed staying for the first night. That was an amazing surprise for me. He even let me know all kinds of recommendations in the area (Restaurants, Bars, e.g…). He really takes care of the guests. I have to mention the property itself, too. I really liked the design of the room, exterior and the garden. Everything was very well designed and it has a great relaxing vibe. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has everything you need(a coffee machine, a toaster and a juicer etc..) If you consider staying here, you may have to put a day of just spending time relaxingly without doing anything in NAJ on your itinerary (That's exactly what I should've done…) That's how relaxing and cozy this place is. I will definitely come back
