툴룸 아파트식 호텔

“My host was incredible, couldn’t ask for a better host. The villa look just like the picture. Big and spacious. I had a great stay. It’s also an 24 hours security guard”

“Had a good vacation, everyone was nice.”

“A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

“Me están cobrando cuando ni tan siquiera llegué quise cancelar y no quisieron”

“Fue una estancia de lo más agradable, me encantó el lugar; la habitación limpia, con una linda decoración, un extra la mini cocina. Todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y la alberca de 10👍.”

“Muy lind ”

“Gracias buena atención !!!”

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”
