“Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

“IIK Tulum was good for the most part. The highlight of the hotel is its location—it’s safe and within easy walking distance to Tulum Centro, which made getting around convenient. However, the amenities fell short of expectations. There were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to actually spend time in the pools, enjoy the balcony, or use the room jacuzzi.
