A delightful gem in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Very clean. Modern. Well equipped kitchens. Friendly and helpful staff on site during business hours. A little confusing to find on the first try. It is an apartment complex in a gated neighborhood that has been converted into an apartment hotel. A little confusing to find on the first try. The address will get you really close on Google or Apple maps. Great for people who rent a car and want to cook some of thier own meals. Nearest grocery store is more than a mile away. 2 miles from the central commercial area and 5 miles from the beach. A great option for people who want to 'freestyle' their time in Tulum away from the hotel zone. It was easy for us, we both speak Spanish and are comfortable driving around town.

Excellent Location and Host

It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip. Very clean and friendly place.

Clean and calm location. In a gated community. You need a car to get there. We had a quiet stay with our family, exactly what we were looking for, out of the buzz from Tulum. Near some awesome cenotes. The appartement is well furnishwd and really, but really clean. Strongly recommended.

Antonietta, the manager, is the loveliest person. She went out of her way to make our stay a pleasurable one (specially after the Amira Central 305 fiasco). I recommend Valhalla Residence as your choice for a Tulum stay 👍

Our family loved staying at Valhalla. It was a bit hard to find at first but easy after the first day. The rooms are large, clean and well-maintained. The pool is unusually large for a short-stay building. Antoinetta was a gracious and helpful on-site manager

Overall, my stay was for 8 days and throughout those 8 days it was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The receptionist was kind and made you feel welcome. It is especially best at night because there isn't really any noise to bother anyone who's stays. I had always felt safe staying here, the doors were secure and needed codes to get into them. Overall 10/10 place to stay in whenever you're in Tulum.

The place you will feel like you’re in your home!!

Everything around was perfect 100% From the owner ship to the las employees working there Antonieta manager super so friendly to Silvia so nice fast with smiles all the time and Jose the chofer for my pickup from airport was so professional and cordial I hire whole week for whatever I was needed And the most that feeling of security having a chofer know the job was like I having private secretary. And the main hotel wow! All employees there was like my friends of all time. It’s the owner Harold and Carlos his second in charge constantly there making sure everything was going well the POINT! Was so feeling good and satisfied I tried hand shake each one for their superb jobs in my last day give my appreciation!

It is super clean and very well maintaned property, 2 bedroom suites with a large livingroom amd kitchen that is well supplied of all items needed to cook from plates, cups glasses, pots pand coffee maker, showerhas hot water that never ends!, pool is perfecy size for adults and little kids,propert is completely fenced amd has a security entrance, theresmanagements 24 hrs and they were very good at taking care of ournever ending needs, they also have a few vats for rent and cam be paid for in cash debit or credit, the rooms come with beach towels too, they also have bikes for rent, we stayed for 1 week with 3 teems and 2 adults, no complaints from me, they have coffee maker for american and pods they also give u a few coffee pods to get u started, i cam go to the supermarket : chedraui or any oxxo convi ience store to buy what u need to cook,propert is in the line with the jungle so the view from the top is amazing, i recommend this place tp anyone especially if u r traveling with kids, is very safe and beautiful, i recommend u do rent a car, so bbn u can go into downtown and the beach, theres another car rental : america car rental in tulum a d they accept debit cards too a d they rent a phone too which u can Use as phone , gps and hot spot and insurance is already included in the price, no hidden charges, the propert also has a fridge that makes ice and most important THEY HAVE FILTERED DRINKING WATER!!!!, AND A PITCHER U CAM FILL AND PUT IN THE FRIDGE! 100% HAPPY!
