Walking into the resort after a long flight its always a pleasure to receive a warm welcome and thats what she and her staff jesus, Fernando, and i can not forget Erik Medina from guest services. He was amazing, always very attentive to our needs. David Baak from the buffet is the most caring and sweet young man we always look forward to seeing him. Cecilio from the sports center was amazing. He took us out on a bike tour around the property which was fun and informative after we did archery with him which was so much fun. Honestly there was no need to leave the resort. Leydi and lucia the two young ladies from the pool area including the rest of the pool staff were great. Bartenders at both pools were very hands on and friendly. Gigi,Eric and of course Bacon were absolutely the best. From volleyball ,exercise and playing bingo on raining days in the lobby they made sure we were never bored. The whole staff at this amazing resort from house keeping to concierge were amazing. My family and friends will definitely be back. "
