“What a beautiful property! And the staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely book again.”

“I am really not sure why/how this hotel is rated exceptional, but it is far from it! It is totally outdated and bathroom is terrible. The hotel was deserted (not sure why), the beach was small and rocky; TV didn’t work and is a super small; AC either blasted high or low and the controls didn’t work. Even despite being given the best room in hotel, these were issues. Saving grace was view of ocean from room, but low value for the high price! Disappointed!!”

“Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”

“칸쿤 여행을 계획하다가 셀하같은 엑티비티나 툴룸이 리비에라 마야쪽에 모여 있다는걸 알고 렌트카를해서 그쪽에서 하루정도 숙박을 하는것이 편할것 같아 예약하게된호텔 입니다ㅡ. 해변에 홀로 떨어진 곳이라 외질줄알았는데 대로변에서 가깝고 셀하가는길에 찾기도 쉬웠습니다. 호텔의 우리나라 고급 펜션처럼 주방.거실. 침실이 되어 있고 테라스에 편안한 의자와 테이블 등 아주 청결하게 관리되어 있습니다. 방 앞의 작은 수영장과 바로 앞 해변.. 너무 멋졌어요 차가 없으면 좀 불편할것입니다. 우리는 이처럼 멋질지 모르고 엑티비티 마치고 늦게 잠만자려 갔더니... 분위기가 너무 좋아 좀 일찍 호텔로 와 맥주나 먹을거리를 사와서 먹고 편안히 즐길껄 안타깝더라구요~ 조식은 메뉴는 간결하나 아주 신선하고 질이 좋았습니다. 작은 조식 장소에 세팅도 깔끔하니 잘되어 있고 몇안되는 직원들도 아주 친절합니다. 이쪽에서 조용한 숙박을 원하시면 꼭 추천하고 싶어요”

“Villas de Rosa is a hidden gem. The location is right on a beautiful quiet beach with great snorkeling right in front. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. The beach bar has great food and amazing staff that make you feel comfortable. We will be back regularly! ”

“We loved the pool, the sun sets and our ocean looking cabin. If all you want is relaxation - this is a place for you 💯. We would have loved a TV in the room especially with kids but there was none. Transportation from the hotel to other areas was quite expensive and also you needed to pay for passes when you get into the park even though you have a reservation. “We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) ”

“Want to get hotel catfished then book here! I’m sure at one time this place was a 4star hotel, but that was prob 15+ yrs ago when they originally took the hotel photos. I paid for the master suite (which I did not get), the room door could be opened with any key and even a coin (trust me I have videos!) The beach and surrounding areas was heavily covered in trash and heavy seaweed. I understand not all hotels clean the seaweed but at least attempt to clean the trash and love the ocean smh. Don’t...

“The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. “This is a lovely property in a sea of touristy, less serene beachside properties. The staff here is awesome. So helpful and kind. Breakfast is hearty (eggs from the chickens on the property!) toast, juice, fresh fruit, and coffee. The rooms are nice and have a fridge. All of the rooms face the water. We had room 1 that was right on the beach and next to the pool. ”

“Rude morning waiter at breakfast. He said there was no menu and told us there was omelettes only and no price. When we were shocked to find out the total, he demanded a 15-20 percent tip. The rooms were nice but not as expected. We booked a partial ocean view and had no view at all of the ocean”

“Loved my stay however music was a bit too loud and seemed to be toward a younger crowd. I’m in my 50’s and looked like most people there were not there to party. Enjoyed food there but the music made the experience not as enjoyable. Also they have speakers near the pool which is loud if you wanted to nap in your room. They will turn it off at the pool if you ask.”

“Water temperature was very difficult to control. We had a burnt out bulb in one of the few lights in the room. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The staff and food were both great. Parking was great and convenient.”
