โOverall, there are likely not enough words to describe our stay at Muare Tulum. If youโre looking for a peaceful, tranquil stay, you will find it here. The rooms were stunning, from the design to the comfort level. It was similar to having your own private oasis, and we enjoyed whenever we returned from an excursion.
Enjoyed the onsite restaurant, and had numerous meals there. The included breakfast was perfect, and there were additional options available for those with a more picky palate....

โWe love that this property is different from anything we've ever stayed. The way the hotel was positioned in the jungle, not to disturb the natural habitat and using materials native to the area make this the most unique experience we've had. Additionally, Elizabeh was extremely helpful, very observant and super attentive. The rooms appear crafted by artisans to be warm, calming, romantic & serene. โOne of the best hotels ever. If you want peace and quiet- good food, beautiful grounds, safety, and the most outstanding staff ever- you will love Copal. Ivy, Johnny, and Victor at the front desk were nothing short of amazing and friendly. The hostess/waitress Paola, was super helpful. She found us a driver that was half the price of the others. I cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. You must go experience it for yourself. We are returning with our family!! โ

โSo the room were spectacular. The service fantastic, the food was delicious an the cocktails out of sight. the only thing that was a surprise is that when we wanted the outdoor pool was not always available. Of course the pool took about an 1.5 hours to get heated, but when we requested to have it turned on, we were never alerted that they would not end up doing it. So after a beautiful romantic walk back from dinner the pool was cold.....
