โWe loved our experience there we brought our whole family and my sister and Neice came as well. Love the team and everyone was really kind. Great people Especially Jassel on the exertions and the the great staff who we heard about this place through social media Eric. โTraveled with a group of 6 and we had a great time. Had a 3 bedroom that gave us plenty of space. The water was amazing for snorkeling, kids loved the pool. Staff was great, favorite restaurant was the grill by the water and buffet for breakfast. The other restaurant for dinner was just okay, took at least 2 hours each night to eat dinner, service was very slow and food at times was not good.
Over all minus dinner we had a great timeโ

โLovely apartment a 10 min walk from town and lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. This is not a hotel, so maids do not come in everyday. Rooftop pool area was great, we really enjoyed our stay and was great value for money compared to a hotel. Street parking was available if you hire a car. Staff were friendly and explained everything perfectly on check inโ
โWe enjoyed our five night stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. We really enjoyed the pool and towels were available from the front desk. The breakfast was tasty and the staff quickly remembered who we were. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the hot July heat. โ

โThis property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience...
