Hot water on & off throughout the stay, but they accommodated us by proposing another room for our hot showers, inconvenience to step out of the room each time. Well situated near a great gym, restaurants, beach & 5th avenue. Big room great for a family of 3 or 4. Breakfast & restaurant staff very friendly."
