โLoved the included excursions and the overall beauty and vibe of both the Explorean and Fiesta Americana. Unfortunately,the two best restaurants with views are closed right now- and no one told us. It was a big disappointment because many of the restaurant options are without AC and the ambiance was severely lacking. โ

โThe El Cid was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. It has an on site dive shop. You can snorkel or dive at their beach. There is daily entertainment. The buffet offers many choices or order from their menu.
I do not recommend purchasing a shared taxi as part of your travel package. There are plenty of taxi's at the airport and hotel that are easy to get for $20.โ

โNeeds new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels.
