That was unusual, as I've been here before and that never happened. The recreation staff was really fun and the wait staff was very good. Had a great time there! "

"We had a great star at this resort! The staff were amazing (shoutout to everyone that works here)! The pool and beach were fantastic, however I do have a major complaint - they need more sand on the beach volleyball court. Multiple people were smacking their knees and toes off of cement as there was the tiniest layer of sand over concrete. It’s been 4 days and my knee is still disgusting and won’t heal and it’s been cleaned and take care of properly. The food was good, but I was disappointed with how the smokehouse restaurant only had Americanized type food. We were excited for a nice steakhouse type (something more authentic, but pub style food) Resort was beautiful. A little confusing to get around at times, but it was a fun challenge at first Rooms are nice, but the bathroom has no fan or windows that open - you can hear everyone doing their business in there and it smells up the whole room. Not having windows that open also caused our stuff to be damp and musty smelling. Beds are comfy "
