My only complaint is the Expedia page says there is free on site parking when there is not. There is street parking if/when you can find it. Other than that this place is excellent. Staff are great. Would recommend.

Loved it!! Great location great room, it was terrific and the staff was amazing Except for some rainwater getting in the room during a monsoon but welcome to Cozumel. The continental breakfast was better than expected too.

The only reason why I gave it this rating is because next-door there is a pub that plays music into the wee hours of the morning on the weekends and special event days like carnival. The noise will keep you awake and ear plugs will not work. It was LOUD! If it wasn’t for that, the room was spacious ,clean and close to all amenities. The staff was awesome and helpful when needed.

We stayed here 9 days and found it to be very good for us. The area has many good places to dine that were very nicely priced. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out to Carlos who was a pleasure to see every day!). Our only negative was that there needs to be more clothes hangers and clothes storage in the rooms...we do not like working out of a suitcase on an extended stay.

Beautiful gem in Cozumel! Close to everything and yet, super peaceful! Amazing spot for a couple. It was romantic and comfortable! The rooms have a nice modern and welcoming design. Having a free drinkable water source was also a great plus!

The property was perfect for my needs. Quiet neighborhood very close to entertainment and dining. Diego was absolutely the best. Recommended scooter rental and very knowledgeable about all things Cozumel. I left an expensive pair of prescription glasses at a club the night before my flight, and Diego retrieved them for me and mailed them to Austin Texas. The entire staff were incredible! Looking forward to renting 8-10 units later this year for a company vacation. Thanks again Diego! You are awesome!

Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel. All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk. The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊 The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool and have some drinks from the bar I would choose another hotel because the pol is super tiny and there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel. This being said ... definitely stay here if you are going to be out and about and just want to cool down after. Thanks to all the staff for making our time in Cozumel sooooo fun. The online pictures were a little misleading. The pool and pool area was much smaller than the pictures looked. The room was pretty nice however the tile flooring showed a lot of wear and tear. It was very clean though and always smelled so good when you walked into the room. We are divers, so the room and hotel wasn't why we were there, but it could have been a little nicer. The location was perfect if you want to be in town. It's one block from a taxi station so getting anywhere was very easy and there are multiple restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel in spite of the few things noted.
