This is a consistently lovely property for vacationing. The staff are so kind. Rooms are spotless. Swimming, snorkeling, diving and boating are available at the beach facing many rooms. Amazing open air restaurants. Kid's club. Tennis, spa, gym, 2 beautiful pools. Relaxed and classy. Will always return.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The beach is spectacular. We had a beautiful ocean view room. Room was spacious. They do not have smart TV but we were mostly outdoors anyway. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The only thing that needs some improvement is the dinner restaurant food. It was not very tasty. The Mediterranean beach restaurant had a fantastic hummus. Buffet breakfast in a palapa was OK but could also be improved for the price paid.

Rooms in the 5000 block have beautiful private decks open to the ocean. Highly recommend. Very clean and well maintained. The hotel appears older at first glance, but you will fall in love with the location and service.
