“Reserved king bed; they don’t exist. Pool was ice cold; too cold even for the heat. Asked repeatedly for face cloths and hand towels never received. We were told received 2 free drinks at bar Bartender didn’t want to give them to us and harassed our guests to point of embarrassment. Waiter at breakfast, and staff at front of hotel were only two that were fabulous”

“Beautiful adult only hotel. Pool area is perfect with clean pool I used for water walking. Umbrellas and loungers. Covered area with tables. There was quite a bit outside noise at bedtime. I used a fan app to cover it up, but my husband still had a few nights it bothered him. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a different room location. We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. ...

“Hotel has everything You need. Very comfortable and pleasant. Location is great. Staff is great. Walking distance to everything. Main plaza is like 2-3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to Malecon. Front desk is very helpful. Thank You Cristobal for recommendations and for all your help.”

“This was a great boutique hotel and felt Island authentic and staffed by warm people. Unobstructed great views of the Ocean. Only a 8 minute ride (200 pesos) to town. Right next to the Westin so that should tell you everything about the location.”

“Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend.”
