The hotel is under renovation. However, it does not interfere with any family activities. Staff were nice and friendly. Excellent entertainment, the beach party and the Mayan show were the highlights of our stay. We rented buggies to go around the island, it’s worth the trip!

This is a beautiful property and has so much potential. Unfortunately for us there were major renovations on the main pool going on while we were there and it was very loud, all day long ! This was our first vacation in 5 years and we were very disappointed. The beach and 2 small pools by it were nice . Decent snorkeling right off the beach. The food is mediocre at best except the breakfast buffet is nice. We had big issues at dinner several times with food coming out cold. The portions are tiny so be aware of that.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooking the gardens. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the room was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and always there to make your stay perfect. We can’t wait to return next year!

The property is not the friendliness to handicap people. The walk ways are very ruff even for a normal person. The food is something that truly needs worked on. The food that is supposed to be cold was room temperature and the hot food was just warm. The staff you have to watch for. The are pushy in the fact that they want you to buy into there facility. The rooms are kept nice and clean. The view we had was great of the cruise ships.
