The hotel is currently under construction, and there was no prior notice or announcement about it. Due to the construction, many shortcuts were blocked, and there was a shortage of golf carts, so we had to walk to use hotel facilities such as the pool. And when we arrived, all the dinner restaurant reservations were fully booked, so we had to eat at the buffet for all four days. But the beach is beautiful and has the advantage of being eco-friendly.

Good afternoon the room service was always nice and clean. The maintenance part is not good at all i called because my frige didn't work came but my drinks were never cold. Food was good. Reservation for Italiano was good but didn't have what we ask and we had a birthday and they put feliz Aniversario 👎 Brazilian Reservation was my bets expirins was good evening thing was grait serves. The white sand lobby was the best experience we had they were all amazing but most of all Rager, Freddy, Marco, best esxrians was in the lobby amazing bar tenders. We went to the coffee shop and Andres does the best coffee drinks we went in the morning and they were nasty.

Beautiful resort, staff was very nice and accommodating. Rafael and David, our concierge's at our suite were fantastic. They helped us book our dinner reservations and were always there to answer our questions and whatever else we needed.

Love the Grand Palladium but they really need to do something about the smell.. the lobby and surrounding areas has a bad sulphur smell and our room had a terrible musty smell (and I’m not sensitive to smells..). The food is great, service is wonderful and it’s beautiful! I liked booking here because we had access to all the other resorts as well, which was a bonus. White sands pool is better than colonial because colonial is way too deep!! Will definitely be going back, just hope they can fix the smell!

This experience was by far one of the best experiences my entire family have had. The service was fantastic, the facilities were clean, the food was delicious, and there were so many activities and things to do. I huge thank you to Alejandro at the reception desk who was a gem, to Jose and Joel who were magnificent at the Beach Bar, to Eduardo who was fantastic at the Snack Bar at Colonial, to Cecilia who was a wonderful waitress at the Hacienda PM buffet, to the chef extraordinaire David at Portofino who’s food was delicious, to Francisco and Jonathan who’s service at Portofino made us feel special, and to our wonderful concierge David and Rafael who were a power team always checking after us and giving us updates for our day….you all made this experience exceptional and one that I wish many other families would enjoy. I am Palladium loyal now for life. Thank you again for all that you did.

We had a wonderful stay, resort is maintained nicely staff was extremely helpful. Beach on the north end of the property is beautiful, a little rocky in front of white sands but short distance to the nice part. This is our 6th trip to Mexico and the value for this stay was great. The food was pretty typical for a Mexico resort but still good, always plenty and good selection. Tacos were the best thing at lunch buffets. We eat at the Italian restaurant the Brazilian restaurant as reservations and they were both very good. I would highly recommend. We stayed in building number 59 and our concierge. David was extremely helpful and polite.. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.. He did a great job and made our stay even better. Overall, I would recommend this resort to anybody for an all-inclusive trip to Mexico. It definitely exceeded my expectations. We will be back

Everything and Everyone was great. Angel at the front desk upgraded our room free of charge. The rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday. The AC is cold. Rafael and David are great concierges. They helped us every day with dinner reservations, Get a trolley for us to get around etc. The food at every buffet was fresh and the restaurants were amazing. The bars are everywhere. Cold beer or whatever you like. I prefer the mango daiquiris. They are delicious. All the pools were big and clean and refreshing. The Infinity pool at the TRS resort is a must see. The beach has a lot of rocks in the water so you need to walk a little bit to where it’s no rocks or coral. Bring water shoes. The entertainment was fun. It’s all on the app to see which of the 4 resorts to go to watch. The resort ever did some special things for us since our anniversary was on Valentine’s Day. I highly recommend this resort. My wife wants to go back again right now.

Room was in good condition but ceiling started to leak mid stay. Staff fixed it quickly. Staff were great. Unfortunately dinner bookings were hard to get we only ended up at two restaurants our entire week stay. (One was not even a restaurant we wanted to eat at just the only option). The only way to book restaurants was to get up early and walk to lobby the app does not function at all so don’t bother downloading it. There was little to no night time activities at white sands the kids side at colonial had lots going on but all kid friendly but we ended up there most nights it was better than nothing.

We had a fantastic vacation. We had access to most of the property due to booking through Expedia. The beach at Kantenah was the best spot and Alejandro took care of us every day we went to the beach! The restaurants were great and the staff everywhere were all very kind and accommodating for all of our questions in concerns. The rooms were very clean and the maid service kept everything stocked for us everyday. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this resort.

This entire place was gorgeous. The Expedia concierges were very very helpful. Thank you to David, Cielo, Rafael for your assistance. The staff were the best part of the trip. The resort was very nice. The rooms were well kept and the service was superb across the entire resort. I had so much fun.

We loved this place and definitely plan on coming back! It is so clean and all the staff were amazing! We actually got engaged here and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Thank you palladium!!

Definitely need to get pictures from the staff members that are walking around with cameras. We had Erik and he was amazing! We normally hate how we look in professional cameras but these are amazing!!

All the staff was excellent, specially the kids club and family selection! Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more… Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best! The boat driver was top notch, the same with waiters and cleaning crew (our chocolate fairy god mother), thanks to all, we will definitely return!

We stayed for the first time at the TRS Yucatan after upgrading from White Sands. The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were super friendly and kind and always there to help if you needed anything. The only slight negative was the steak at any of the restaurants including El Gaucho was really stringy and tough to chew even a New York strip. We did the bonfire dinner on the beach, which was an extra charge but absolutely worth it. A huge shout out to our butler Alexx he was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

The room was big and clean. The resort was massive and we got lost a lot, but we got our steps in. The drinks aren't very good, and the food was alright. There weren't many places to get beach towels or drop them off. Basically, the property is so big, it seemed like it provided cumbersome at times and there just weren't enough staff to cover everything. The pool area was a mess at the end of the day because there aren't enough places to drop towels, and there were messes guests made that staff didn't have the bandwidth to clean up. The resort itself was really beautiful and luxurious, and it was nice that the property included mangroves, so there was wildlife around. The staff were very lovely and kind.

This was by far my best hotel experience in Mexico! The grounds were well kept, our room was very clean, lots of available entertainment, delicious food, great activity crew making everything so fun and energetic (David, Daniel, Daniela). A huge shout out to Saul(Helios restaurant), Concierge staff (David and Cielo) for arranging pick-ups and reservations, Alejandro (Chic Cabaret) for his outstanding service and Wilma (nightly turn down housekeeper) for the little things she did to make our stay extra special.

Our last breakfast at Helios TRS-Saul giving us done extra special attention. Getting to know staff and giving them the appreciation they deserve goes a long way.
