The perfect vacation! This was my second trip to Riviera Maya, MX and we will continue to go back and we’ll probably continue to stay at the Grand Palladium Hotel Resort & Spa. It’s too wonderful to go anywhere else!!

Review for stay during September of '25. This resort is huge with being 4 resorts (Kantenah, Colonial, White Sands & TRS-Adults only), on shared Palladium property. You can attend most if not all the resort pools, restaurants, entertainment etc. It was low season so resorts were not over-crowded. ...

Beach was horrible, so rocky and you had to be so careful or better yet save your feet and stay at the pool!

For the price and the star rating, it wasn't worth it. Even the salt water pool was gross and not swimmable.
